I spoke with customer service and told them that I am not allowed to take in their product for health reasons. I also told him that I have not opened the product given that I had to consult my physician before taking it and I am willing to return even the trial product.
I was told that they are not accepting returns of products which is not exactly a fair policy given that there are people like me who can not take in green tea extract.
I hope you can let me know how I can elevate this matter.
