Yes I was a fool. I heard the One Day Diet commercial on a religious radio station and thought hmmm if they allowed this commercial it might be legitimate. Boy was I wrong, when I received the product and saw that it was mainly just caffeine pills and that I had to have a doctors sign it is ok for my use by a certain deadline I had questions.
So I called the 1 800 number and informed the rep that I had not used caffeine products for years and I did not think I could get a doctor appointment in the time frame that they wanted me to. He ever so nicely replied that it's ok, that an appointment after the guaranteed return period was ok because I called in before the deadline date and let them know so my time would be extended.
Well I tried but there were no available appointments and I thought I do not think this product is a good idea for a person with a sleep disorder that already gets little sleep without caffeine.
So I returned the product to the company unopened
And did not receive a refund. When I called they said I returned it too late, well I told them of the rep that said it was fine no problem. They said we record all calls let us check them and get back to you. Regardless to say that all my calls prior to and after the one call in question was on file, the only missing call was the one with rep approving my return.
I even asked my credit card company to stop the charge and it said we can not. They sided with the company ripping me off. Now I have no product and no $250.00.
Any suggestions?
