I had my bathroom redone almost 3 years ago by Bathroom Crafters in Lombard, IL. I spendta lot of money getting a tub liner, tile and installing new fixtures. I have been and continue to be EXTREMELY dissatisfied (even after 3 years). First of all, the tiling looks horrible! I could have done a better job myself. The tiles were placed unevenly. There is a gap between the tub and the vanity - the gap was not caulked, so water keeps seeping through the floor and down into the basement ceiling.
The big issue is the tub... Water keeps getting underneath the liner. Bathroom Crafters has been to my home at least 6 times in 3 years to drain the tub. Although, BC has a "Lifetime Guarantee", no steps have been taken to correct the problem.in order for them to come to drain my tub, I usually have to make 5-6 calls. They have no customer service and I sometimes have to wait 3 to 4 weeks to get someone to come and drain the tub. This has been by far the most frustrating experience!
Like the other person who complained about this company, I am getting ready to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
