Horrible Experience. Ordered a $3K Sapphire Necklace for my wife on our 10th Anniversary on 8/21. Was to ship 2day UPS. They screwed up, somehow, the shipping address. Called me to verify on the 22nd. Said it would ship out overnight on the 23rd. Didn't. Shipped out on the 24th, 2 day. We are leaving the country on our anniversary trip tomorrow. No necklace. Never got a follow up from them. Called to speak to a 'manager'. Got the less than earnest apology. Would credit the meager shipping charge. I will be returning the item upon returning to US.
