I accepted the offer from facebook for a 9.00 necklace, described as genuine turqoise. The offer did state becoming a member with each piece being 68.00, to be charged to your credit card, but that you can cancel. I recieved the plastic bead cheap necklace and it wasn't the one I ordered. I called to cancel with no problems. The very next day I rec'd another cheap plastic necklace and my credit card was charged 68.00. It is my opinion that the company mails out the $68.00 necklace immediately after the 9.00 necklace is sent so that they can at least charge the credit card $68.00 once before you have time to cancel, when you see how cheap these necklaces are. Isn't there a law about saying your jewelry is genuine? If anyone has the ability to pay a lawyer to take this company to court and get us our money back let me know. We are talking childrens birthday party necklaces here. I would be embarassed to wear something so cheap. I wanted to return the items but the web site says their policy is to issue store credit. I don't want another cheap ugly plastic necklace if I did I would go to the dollar store. I want my money back.
