Glamour Shots in Orlando
I went to this business using a GROUPON I found on-line. Thank GOD I just spent $19.95 to find out how bad this place is run! It is a total scam! Can you say bait and switch? You get nothing but attitude from the girls that work here and nothing you were promised in the GROUPON. I will NEVER go back.
Specifically, the GROUPON says you will get a single printed photo and a DVD slideshow. I thought I knew what a DVD slideshow was but I can tell you now it does NOT mean you get a DVD with your pictures on it. You get to look on the computer screen to pick the photo out of the 40 the photographer took before they delete them forever! Or at least that is what they tell you.
When I first arrived, I was handed a stack of paperwork to fill out, one of which signed away my rights to all my photos and gave ALL copyrights to the business. No, you can not make any copies of the photos they have taken without paying the business. This subject never came up until I was ready to leave. So, in all this time, I get a single photo for my $19.95. I consider this a cheap lesson. Of course, you can purchase a DVD with your remaining photos on it for the low price of an additional $600! Yes you read that correctly. I said no thank you.
There is NO customer service at all. The girls that work here treat you like a bunch of cows being herded. On arrival you waste time filling out and signing the papers I previously mentioned including an application for a credit card. I said no to another credit card. Another form asked for all my personal information they already had (we exchanged several email) plus they wanted my credit card information to charge additional fees. What fees you ask? There are lots of extra fees that the GROUPON or regular session charges do not include. Plan on spending another $75-100 here.
Oh, don't ask any questions to the staff. All you will get is attitude.
