I bought a voucher from groupon for a photo session with ocean photo service - mike chambers. Things started off on the wrong foot when he didn't turn up for the first appointment (he said he'd emailed) so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He came the second time and the photos were done. He emailed the photos I chose what I wanted and he said they would arrive with me in a week. Since then I have heard nothing. Despite emailing and texting MIKE CHAMBERS I received one reply text message on a thursday saying he would ring me on the saturday about it. Didnt hear on the saturday so message again and he said would contact me on the monday! How hard is it to let me know when they will arrive!!! He does not respond to anything. He was told the pictures were for a birthday present and assured me they would be here in time - which they haven't! My opinion is this man is a con artist. Never likely to receive the photos or my money back. So disappointing.
