Took payment out of my bank account without a warning

I closed my account at the beginning of summer. I find today they have charged my account without my permission. I want my money returned to my account. We have 2 accounts with you and my husband is going to go in and permanently close them if this matter is not dealt with properly.
I did not authorize this and please return and keep my account closed until i come in and start it up in person.
