After having to pay over $700.00 in fee's for less then $50.00 worth of charges that did not clear our account at one time because of charges coming off the internet for an internet service we had cancelled long before. A few weeks later something else from the internet went through at a time we were trying to find out who was being paid by our account. Another $88.00 in fee's was charged to us. At this time myself and my husband went into the bank paid the fee's once more and closed the account, handed over our bank cards which were cut up in front of us, signed a paper confirming the closing of our account. Now a couple of weeks later after the account has been closed, we recieve another letter stating our account is over drawn by $184.95 as of Dec. 28, the account was closed way before this and they are still putting things through an account that has been closed for a couple of weeks and still cannot tell us who is being paid by this account that has been closed. I strongly warn anyone against Fifth Third Bank, they are the biggest rip offs around, they steal from there customers. And cont. To do so even after the account has been closed. People Beware of Fifth Third Bank.
