I had my service turned off. This month they say i asked them to turn it on and i did not authorize them to open my account. When I want my account opened i will come in and open it in person.
I want my money redeposited into my account ASAP, as i am not even in Indiana and I am not ready for my service to be opened. I have 2 accounts with you and several friends that will not like how this is being done, it seems sneaky.
My husband is going in to close both of our accounts and if this matter is handled right on your end we will come back.
