The employees and manager in the Hazlet, NJ store are terrible at what they do and appear as though they do not want to be there. I had a late start in opening my pool and after changing the sand, shocking, and adding algaecide, I was not seeing any results in cleaning the water. I took a sample to a young uninterested employee. She spoke to me like a robot, asking the usual questions, not caring a bit about my issue. I did this every day for a week and NOBODY took an interest, other than selling me more chemicals. Try this, try that. I will no longer patronize Leslie Pools until they clean up there act, train their employees and clean house of the miserable ones!
