I went to groupon to get a coupon for Toys R Us that was $10 for $20 there. We thought that was a good deal. When we place the order it said that everything was successful and if we didn't receive it within 24 hours to contact groupon and they would check into it. After 24 hours we still hadn't received it, so we contacted customer service via a ticket. They took longer than 24 hours to return an answer. Once they did, they just said an error occurred and couldn't give us the deal because it was over. Once I asked customer service what the error was, they stated that it was that the payment didn't go through. Which I stated before that when we ordered the coupon, it said everything including payment was successful. So if this is the case, why didn't they contact us letting us know that something went wrong with the order? Also, why did it take so long for customer service to get back with us allowing us to lose the deal in the first place. Very disappointed with the way things were handled.
