Asst. Supervisor Brittany was rude and ridiculous toward my deaf sibling when he requested for aid having a closed caption system. After missing all of the film and returning 24 hours later; spending to determine the film entirely, our period was lost again. Brittany, the supervisor; was discouraged and recommended he visit a diverse movie... Any movie. He selected one and he or she stated "you'll need to spend $7.00 more since its in 3D". My buddy requested to determine her supervisor; He employed customer support abilities and after calling the cc organization discovered the first selected film wasn't in closed caption. Then he provided a reimbursement or even to observe any film. Sibling was put into film which was half over subsequently needed to watch for the film to restart watching another half. I also am ADA, and was insulted by both Asst. Supervisor's Brittany and Ellie. Betty was threatening in my experience, really rude. They lost our Saturday night and our Mon from 1:30p-7:00p. I reported for their Supervisor and he ignored Brittany and Bettyis conduct and bad customer support capabilities. I advised him of the Americans with Problems regulation and he listened but did not report my criticism. I am still experiencing frustrated from these attacks. The theatre is good, but administration hurts. My buddy hadnot visited a theatre in more than 20 years; he was enthusiastic to look at the film in closed caption
