Ordered set of "Remington Steele" dvds for xmas pres. Never received. Check acct charged for product 12/26/07. Still no product as of 1/20/08. Now getting emails from "DVDDONKEY.com" saying "on back order", which is another scam from this same source. Orders have been "canceled but they are not refunding $. Provisional credit by bank being made during fraud investigation
