Ordered set of DVD's as Xmas gift. The item was backordered and my Credit card was charged. When I canceled the order & sought a refund (which I have a refund confirm #) no refund has been applied (shocking I know)...
Seems as if this occurred again at the Ultimate DVD shop as well. These 2 appear to be the same company - and to no surprise, has the same issues with thier inventory & billing practices.
I've disputed the charges with my CC company but people should steer clear of these DVD sellers. They are a ripoff and scam.
