Petcos 15-Day return policy is a complete rip off! It states that if your animal needs vet care, Petco will pay for it. What it fails to mention is that you must hand over the animal to them and you do not receive it back! Once treatment is complete they just throw it out on the floor to sell all over again... Funny that they do not mention this anywhere on their policy paper until you go into the store with your sick. Even then it was not mentioned to me until my money was refunded and I asked when I could come get my pet back.
