I purchased 2 dogs from Kellys malamutes. From the very beginning, the airlines they sent them on were terrible. We went to pick them up and they were not even in the air Port. We were sent to a building where cargo is sent to. The dogs were toss round a very scared. Both dogs came with Guardia giving them non stop diarrhea. The dogs are now 8 and have had a life of constant pain from bad hips knees and hocks. It's horrible to watch them go from one medication to another. We love these dogs so much we will do anything we can from them. The female must have been treated badly by a male prior to coming to us. My husband is the only male she will let come near her.
I had a male from wakon and he was fantastic. He was a big boy of 185lbs and not fat. No hip problems, unfortunately he passed at 9.5 from pneumonia. Fluid for in his lungs and infection set in. The only thing we can think of is our sprinkler system, he would like to bite at the wate. Really think twice about where you dog comes from. Read up on the breeder. I personally would only go back to salon for a dog. My husband bought from Kelly because of a deal they gave him.(RED FLAG).
