I purchased two puppies (male and female) from Mr. Sanjoseph Tan last year in October. Prior to Mr. Tan sending both puppies to me, he informed me that they had been examined by a vet and were in excellent medical condition. However, the pictures that Mr. Tan sent me of the male puppy, his eyes seem to have patches of fur missing around it.
I questioned Mr. Tan concerning this; he informed me that nothing was wrong and that the vet said both dogs were fine. Given that information, I continued to send Mr. Tan money and paid for both dogs. Mr. Tan shipped both puppies to me with limited registration because I was not sure if I wanted to breed the dogs. He also informed me that he could always go back and change the information if I change my mind and decide to breed the dogs.
About two months later I noticed that Rocko my male puppy started to lose fur around his eyes.
