We ordered from them on 4/19. Received the confirmation email of our order. Then received notification of credit card being charged for this item and figured it must have shipped. No such thing! I have emailed Dan @ underwaterwarehouse.com numerous times with no response, however I have spoken to him on the phone, just last week, and he promised our credit card would be refunded by the end of the day. No such thing! We are out almost $200 for a blue heron statue he stated the "artist" had not sent out yet. Still no refund! Dan is a fraud and a thief. I am taking other actions now to remedy this situation but wanted to warn anyone and everyone who even considered placing an order with him.
