Bad vet, rough aggressive

I believe dr. Mosley is satan incarnated. He look at a pet of mine, and was VERY ROUGH with this pet—he held her horrible, kept opening up her eye many times... As if this freak was obsessed with her eye. And kept scratching at her back. He held its mouth open very wide. He looks like a mad scientist who wants to torture your pets. He is a sociopath. Keep him away from your pets - this 'vet' is a minion of satan and out to torture your pets. I wouldn't trust him alone with any animal... Please beware
