Amanda payne from Southern and northern wi will give you a sad story say she just finished or is going to school for dog training she stole two of my dogs and some of my equipment and refuses to give it back and will hide your dog's and try to rehome them and get the money so when you go to get ur stuff back she doesn't have it... she is young and will take whatever she can get... watch out for amanda payne
