Rude phone support and cleaning never rescheduled

I called Handybook because the company changed my cleaning professional at the last minute. I asked the representative to reschedule my cleaning, and he kept repeating the same disclosure over and over. I told him he had said the same thing ten times, and he said it again. I found him rude.

I asked for a supervisor, who also kept repeating the same thing. I called back and a second representative told me he had rescheduled me, but he never did.

I called around 5:30am.
