Direct tv stole money out of my bank account - Direct tv auto bill pay

In October I signed up as a new customer with Direct tv. They instantly game me many free promotions as a new customer. My job was to cancel those free promotions when the deadline was up to avoid any reoccuring charges to my bank account. As per Direct tv, I did call and cancel all of my free promotions in January. Since that time instead of having a consistant monthly bill, my bill fluctuates dramatically month to month. This month however, I was shocked to see a debit taken from my bank in the amount of 350.41. I instantly called direct tv to find out why. They said I had been automatically charged for the NFL season ticket that I did not request. I told them to cancel it, that I did not authorize that service nor did I authorize the money be taken from my bank account. I also insisted that they return the money back to my bank account. The reason being is that the money they took (350.41) was the total amount that I had in the bank. Their debit left me at a zero balance. I also had bills that I had paid through my bank account a day earlier trying to process. Needless to say after the money was taken, some of my other charges bounced, causing mulitple overdraft fees. My power payment did not process so now I have a 48 hour shut off notice pending. My car insurance payment bounced so I have no insurance on my car. I have been sitting with a negative bank account status in the amount of -201.77. Still have multiple calls to Direct tv, they will not return my money, they will only credit my account. I dont care if I have television service, I need my money back to pay my bills, rent, and avoid loosing my electricity. I am a single mother of two toddlers, I depend on every penny I earn and I dont plan to have my money held hostage. I am writing this to let whomever is interested know what I have been through in the past week. I am very upset and angry. I feel violated, it is a sorry day when a large corporation can pray upon the average working individual and have no remorse. All I want is my money back in my bank account! Consider this a warning for those about to enroll in auto bill pay. Please dont do it!
