Sick and tired - Direct TV Satellite

I am so sick of DirecTV. They have no idea how to treat their customers. The longer you are with them the more they try to cheat you.instead of working with you they charge you more and give you less each year. My bill started to go up and when I called to ask why they told me that they no longer offered my package BUT if I wanted to keep it the cost would go up! I will loose channels and the price will be more. So if I want to keep my channels which they offered me I need to up my package and pay more. Even if I do nothing the cost rises and if I do something it goes up more and more and more. Everytime they have a staff meeting my bill goes up and my service goes down. They say they value loyal customer, sure they do they value my check book and that is all.By the way never take them up on a free offer because you willl pay for it!!! It is just a matter of time. I would like to know why do you promise new customers the world and use your loyal customers as toilet paper? If you are the best as you claim what is the worst?
