I have watched Braum's deteriorate for a decade. I had stopped eating at their restaurant awhile ago, due to poor service, and poor management. I decided to give them another try, having my spouse pick up a meal from there as she was out, for all of us, I ordered a cheeseburger which was not too bad, and chocolate shake. As i type this My hand is coated in Blue Ink from the cup. Have we gotten SO cheap that we are using substandard cups to save a few pennies, and increase profit?
