Paid for a magic jack with a 1 year plan already from Radion Shack. Went through the procedures of installation and extended to a 5 year plan and paid by debit card. A year later (recently) they expiried my phone number saying it's a costom number and the I have to pay 3. A yr. They said my license is good for 2016 but retired my present number. Their web site gives me no other options other than paying again for another plan. I've been swindled out of my money. Hood winked and hit on the head.
