Additional/hidden charges/false advertising - Billing Dept is very inadequate

I prefer Dish Network. I was urged to give it a try by my husband of sports but I still don't see why? I got it because they claimed to be better that their competitors but they are just different and actually way worse. The DVR service was only available in one room where Dish Network was accessible in two and you only needed one reciever at the time. Now they have improved it even more. When I signed up I thought I'd be getting more and better service than I had with Dish Network, but instead it was less for more $ with lots of hidden charges. And when I called to complain about not having accesss to my DVR in any room but the one they mentioned another service that I could get that would allow me that access and It would cost me more$. I wanted to cancell but that would cost me more $. I would have to keep the service for 2 years to avoid, but now I wish I would have cancelled. They are charging me for movies that I might have purchased over a year ago now that I have cancelled the service. I was on an auto pay system and they failed to charge me or may have charged me for it over a year ago and are charging me for it again. They said I ordered them with the remote, but I couldn't have because my receiver wasn't hooked up to the phone line or any internet. I would have to order it online and log into the website. Great billing system!!! What a rip off!!! Don't get it! They suck!
