When switching to direct tv the representative quoted me wrong. He lied and what he told me I was getting was not even an option. When calling to question my bill, I was told that it was adjusted. The next month I seen no changes. Therefore, I called back. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I was going to have to pay the correct price. I bit my tongue and decided to go with it. Then today I found out my direct tv box is broken and I can not get no one here to fix it for 5 days. Also I have got to pay for the repays due my 90 days expiring two weeks ago. At this point I just want to cancel my dish and go back to cable. I was transfered over to a gentleman who claims he was the boss and it would cost me $400 to cancel. I feel like I should not have to pay the fee since i was lied to in the beginning. He said that teh gentleman who quoted me wrongfully was dealt with and is not longer with the company. Personally I do not care. I should not have pay for something I did not agree to. Blaming human error is not a good enough excuse. I should get to cancel my service and not pay the $400 due to lack of employee training and not getting what I signed up for.
