Customer Service is getting worse!

OK, I used to like Kohl's a lot. Even opened up Kohl's charge account (which is rear thing for me, thought good for neighborhood business). And for a while I was very satisfied with services, prices, location etc...
But, last 3 or 4 months I been noticing changes in our local Kohl's (FL-Orlando, Kissimmee area), not the same friendly associates. Hell, sometimes I barely find associates who speak decent English. I have no problem if someone doesn't speak fully English, what it gets me is that not they just don't speak English but they are VERY RUDE. I had an associate at the check out that didn't even understand what I wanted. All I wanted is: return my previously purchased items and buy other items. She didn't even understand the discount which was: buy one item and get second one half off. You know what she did? She yelled to next cash register associate (in broken English) "Come here, these people don't understand what they want" (with 2 hands in the air, She was so frustrated because it was rocket science for her to understand that Belts are Buy One and Get Another One for 50% off). After another lady helped her with transaction, you think she would have common courtesy to say "OK, have a good evening or something?" No, no. She didn't say a word, and gave nasty look. I was out of the store in matter of seconds.
So sad to see that because of those type of customer service experiences Kohl's eventually have to loose it's customers.
