Kohl's Customer Service is getting worse!

OK, I used to like Kohl's a lot. Even opened up Kohl's charge account (which is very rear for me, thought good for neighborhood community business). And for a while I was very satisfied with services, prices, location etc...
Last 3 or 4 months I been noticing a lot changes in the store, not same friendly associates anymore. Hell, lately I barely find someone who speaks decent English. I have no problem if someone doesn't speak full English, what it gets me is not just they don't speak English, but they are VERY RUDE. I had an associate who couldn't even understand what I wanted at the check out (all I wanted is: return my previously purchased items and buy new ones). She simply couldn't figure out the discount (buy one, get one half off). You know what she did? She yelled next cash register associate and said (in broken English) "Please, come here, these people don't understand what they want" (with 2 hands in the air, because she was so frustrated and it was rocket science for her to understand that belts are buy one and get another one 50% off!!!). After that you think she would have common courtesy to say "OK, have a good evening, blah, blah". NO, no, no. She was so angry at me, she didn't open her mouth, gave me nasty look, and I was out of the store in matter of seconds.
So sad to see that because of those type of customer service experiences, Kohl's will have to eventually loose it's customers.
