As of this writing it has been five weeks since my over priced Aloecure products order was canceled. Customer service said the refund would arrive in two weeks ("checks are cut on Friday"). Repeat calls to customer service resulted in long waits with advertisments, no information as to the status of the order, refusal to call back with information. "Call back next weeek". Further questions resulted in being put on hold which after a long waits they cut off. This seems to be standard practice. At this point I wonder if they intend to refund. I am seeking legal counsel.
