I have been a regular user of Aloecure for quite some time now and am happy with the product. However, I responded to a phone solicitation from them in December for a special order, totaling $199.99. My checking account was charged $199.99 on Dec. 11, and as of today's date, Jan 19. I have yet to receive the order. Repeated calls to their customer service line had been futile with zero results, the last one being this morning when one individual was very short, impatient, and sarcastic with me. They have promised me that they are working on the problem, but for almost two months? I would caution any new customers to be very careful in ordering from them because based on my experience, once they get your money, they don't care about you. Buyer beware!
