I place an order with a woman that would not stop talking. She asked way too many questions like if she was the doctor when its only one type of product that the co. Sell. After we completed the order she start pushing a discount car that according to her I was going to save thousands of dollar. I declined several times but she would not take no for an answer, until she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a supervison. A guy came to the phone as rude! Next day I called for a cancellation of the order but the charge to my acct. Was placed. I called to request my refund, another rude guy by the name of Joseph, that didn't want me to talk to a supervison. Jennifer came to the phoe, supposely the supervisor. She did give me a better explanation of the process. We'll see whant happen with my refund. This co. Should be put out of business for the rudeness and unethical way of handling thing.
