I had direct tv in calif ask them to close account as of feb 15th she said ill put on hold i said NO close it out as i dont know what i will get in arkansas we moved feb 20 we got direct tv not restalled new account number then 4 months later i get a bill stating i owed 58.98 i called she said the was my transfer from calif i said no way i closed it out she said no i said close it out now i have new account she did said i had a refun of 26 78 it has been now 4 months i havent got it yet i callde last wekk they said it would be 12 days i said we shall see they also have a very bad habit of putting things on the bill that you have not order my 24.99 will be up oin feb and i dont think i wil;l renew with them for my bill will be 59. A mont to high for what channels we get mostly stated now order i hate it you cant get good channels here
