This company is ridiculous, and i'm surprised they have customers still! This was the first time i ever had cable on my own and let me tell you they have scared me for life! I call up and they say they need card on file, they arent going to charge it... WRONG, because the following week i was negative $500 over drafted because i didnt know they took the money out. All they said was "i apologize but there is nothing we can do". SERIOUSLY! I wanted to cancel right then and there. I let it go (and shouldnt have). Now i went to take the credit card off file so i would get paper bills, and they claim to take it off, when in reality they dont, and once again they caused another one of my accounts to overdraft because i wanted to finally end my contract! They dont do anything to keep a customer and i know if a customer is not happy, you do anything and everything to satisfy them! This company is so pitiful it disgusts me!
