This company is ridiculous, and I'm surprised they have customers still! This was the first time I ever had cable on my own and let me tell you they have scared me for life! I call up and they say they need card on file, they aren't going to charge it... WRONG, because the following week I was negative $500 over drafted because I didn't know they took the money out. All they said was "I apologize but there is nothing we can do". SERIOUSLY! I wanted to cancel right then and there. I let it go (and shouldn't have). Now I went to take the credit card off file so I would get paper bills, and they claim to take it off, when in reality they don't, and once again they caused another one of my accounts to overdraft because I wanted to finally end my contract! They don't do anything to keep a customer and I know if a customer is not happy, you do anything and everything to satisfy them! This company is so pitiful it disgusts me!
