As soon as my contract expires with this piece of shit company I will never look back. I called on 8/29 and the lady told me that a supervisor would return my call within 2 hours to void my "movers fee, " well today is friday 9/2 and I had to call them again and get transferred 3 different times! This ghetto bitch by the name of precious was rude and unfriendly saying that that fee was valid since it cost directv $1400 to send a tech out to reinstall my equipment. She refused to transfer me to a sup and kept talking over me. She insisted that the fee would not be waived and I think she did it to piss me off even more. That tramp needs to be working mcdonalds drive thru or jack in the box with that attitude. The supervisor finally said that he would not be waiving the fee and he didn't know why a rep didnt call me back on monday, that he was in Ohio and the other call center from monday was in LA. OK? So now im stuck with a 107 fee including taxes. I will cancel my shit with them if i can manage to get another cable company and I will cancel my debit card on file b/c i know they will charge it if i dont return their crappy made in china equipment.
