I have only had directv for 1 month and have not even turned on the tv, we purchased the pkg for my grandson who had a stroke in the event that maybe he'd watch the childrens programing but hes not interested in it. I tried to cancel and was told that i would have to pay $480 in order to cancel, I dont have that kind of money. And to top it off the credit card that we used to make our payment was my grandsons ssi money. So they said that upon cancellation they would charge the $480 to that card they have on file. We dont watch tv, I dont want the service, and to have to have service for 2 years is ridiculous.
