I Must say they have the worst and rude customer service. All agents are very rude, they will answers your questions as if they are doing a favor on you.
Every time you will call you will talk to another rude agent.
I wanted to terminate the service the same month i got it but they said i have to pay around $400 termination fee that is ridiculous. They wont even give you 30 day trial offer.
When you will get your first bill you will see all surprises...
I am just waiting for contract getting over...
