I ordered a computer for my granddaughter for Christmas on Dec. 3. The ad stated it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days. On Dec. 11 the funds were taken out of my account. On Dec. 13 I had not received the computer so I emailed them to confirm I would receive before Christmas. They guaranteed me I would. Dec. 15 online the status was still processing. I called Sams and now they are telling me because of high demand it would be 18 business days from today Dec. 15. When I tried to cancel the order I was told they would have to get permission from Dell to cancel which would take 3 to 5 days and then 5 to 7 days to refund money into my account. I was also told I may not be able to cancel the order because of the time frame.in my opinion this is false advertisement as well as fraud. It is unfair that a company can do this with no remorse or consequences.in the meantime Sams is holding my money and I have to figure out how to get my granddaughter a computer by Christmas. This is very poor costumer relations. I know I am only one person but how many more were done this way while my bank account was emptied out and Sams continues to grow by taking advantage of the consumer.
