Yesterday, at noon, sat june 12th, my husband i were ar kohls shopping. We selected our purchases and got in line to check out with one one person ahead of us. This shopper was obviously an employee as she friend checkout and used her associates number to get a discount and then she checked out—the cashier was trying to igure something out and was using a calculator—unable to make the "price right" the shopper who worked there then takes the calculator and told her the discount to give. They both went on to talk about another employee that was let go. They said they were glad to see her "let go" that she needed "to work somewhere else" my husband was getting very upset having waiting 15 minutes in line. After her transaction was complete the shopper then hauls out a bag with a shirt in it and wants to exchange it. At that point we laid our items on the counter and walked out. My concern is —
friends getting dicounts, the shopper figuring her own price, the negative comments about an employee and exchanges made at the checkout rather than the servcie desk. I really like kohls and were i live i have to drive either 60 miles south or 90 miles north to get to kohls. How sad.
