Kohls has been bugging me with emails since 5:30 this morning. I do not appreciate not only did my brother and sister in law not receive their christmas present. But my 13 yr old neweph did not and this was the first yr with out his Grandmother who has raised him most of his life. Kohls use to be my favorite place to shop after this NO WAY. They said they would replace the items HAVE THEY NO But i know of friend that had an item lost by Dillards and it was immediately replaced so you know where I will be shoping from now on and I was a weekly kohls shopper.
