I ordered many PPV events from Direct TV. On one instance I was mistakingly billed for a PPV event I did not order. Unfortunately, the company refused to credit my account. Good customer service is realizing the value of the customer and meeting their needs. If you have a customer that generates lots of revenue, then you continue to make that customer happy. A credit to my account for a charge I DID not make is a small price to pay for a loyal HAPPY customer. If I made a request for a credit mulitple times a year, I would understand, but one request over a years time with several PPV events ordered is a small price for a company to pay for a happy customer. Shame on you DIRECT TV. You need better training in your call centers regarding the value of a customer...
