I called Direct TV in the am to talk about my account and to see if I was getting he best deal that Direct TV has to offer? When I called I spoke with a lady name Rain, she was not the best person for me to talk with cause she seem very distant from the call and not very helpful, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and was hoping that she would follow through with what she had to offer me, after I complain about the bill and the price she said that since I was a long term customer that they could offer me 3 month of free showtime and 3 months of HDS, I told her that would be great. Well when I got home and told my family what they offered us and to check the channels, guess what she lied I had nothing, so I called back and spoke with with a great customer service rep name FRANCE JUMARANG ID# 100629000 he was very helpful and he made me more happy to be a Direct TV customer, let me tell you what he did for us, he gave us 6 months of Starz and 6 months of Showtime and 6 months of HDS. He was very helpful and waited until the chennels showed up on my tv before he hanged up the phone. If I ever have to call back I will surely ask to speak with France Jumarang. It's employees like him that make me happy to stay with Direct TV.
