Cannot Return Second Christmas Tree for Refund or Credit

I had bought a small Christmas tree, but when I got home my family had already bought another one. We've been trying to return the 2nd tree for a full refund or in-store credit to no avail.

Can someone help us please?!!!

We need the money or credit for food.
