I ordered a christmas tree from ftd to be delivered to my son on christmas eve. The order was placed on the 22nd and i received assurance from an ftd representative that yes he would be able to have it on christmas eve. At 8pm when i had not received a call from my son i found out it was never delivered. When i spoke with a new rep i was told no problem they would just deliver it on the 26 i said who wants a tree then. She said well it got to the shipper late. I said it being a christmas tree why didnt they at least call, no they would deliver late. They already had taken payment but now tell me no refund for 5 days amazing how fast they could take my money but not get me my item or my refund and their staff is not even apologetic next time i will deal with someone else 2nd bad experience never again
