Illing - Billing Dept is very inadequate

I called for new service. The installers came out and installered cables but did not have recievers. It was entered as a move. Two years go by I retired due to a terminal illness and tried to buy a motorhome. Direct Tv had sent something to a collection agency for now paying for new service install on a bill that was sent to the install address, not me. Needless to I cant get the motorhome. I called

Direcet tv and was told yes it was an error and they would get it fixed high prioity. 2 weeks go by I call back and they said it was listed as high priorty and I should get a call by the end of the week. No call. The next week I call back with no answer. Will these ever get settled of will I die first?
