I signed up for Direct TV accepting a promotional offer which has turned out to be my costly to me in phone calls, e-mails and my time. I have sent numerous e-mails to customer service and the response is possitive but I cannot get them to credit my account. I am tired and fed up with the situation and would just like to end it now. I never in my life had such a response from any customer service department. Absolutely and totally enept
