FRAUD COMPANY ripping people off 1 sucker at a time

Fake company with fake addresses at https://www.earthclassmail.com/addresses/ny and http://www.wilshiremailbox.com/web/ . Employees work in the Philippines or at home in underwear... both addresses on their website belong to 'virtual po box' locations... they are in it to rip people off their hard earned money... they say they wont charge a dime until you are approved for the property you pick then send an email they want $497 up front to start BEFORE any approval from the property…

i called the property and asked if they knew about a jasper usa inc or anchor your assets lease guaranty and they said they never heard of them after this guy kevin jackson said he already called the property and got the paperwork from them. SCAM!!! LIES and MORE LIES!!!

Step 1:We call the property of your choice and get the corporate application and application fee cost.

Step 2: You Call in or go online at http://www.anchoryourassetsinc.com/deposit/ and make payment of 497.00 for the deposit to submit your application.

Step 3: We will email you a document to sign online that guarantees that we will get you approved in the property of your choice or refund your 497.00 immediately.
Step 4: We will submit you application immediately.
Step 5: We will arrange for you to pay the application fees directly to the management company of the property of your choice. You can do that after you tour the property.
Step 6: Once Approved for the property we will give you the move-in cost to pay directly to the management company on the day you move in.
