I was interested to rent a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home thru Sandpoint Property Management. I had sent 2 email with questions and never received a reply. I went and filled out an application on line. Thats when I finally got contacted. The ad read total move in cost $3,100.00 consisting of $1,300.00 Rent, $100.00 non refundable deposit, $1,300.00 security deposit and $400.00 Pet deposit. The agent told me that I would need to pay $500.00 pet deposit for each pet.

I have 3 outdoor cats, 1 German Shephard and Teacup Yorkie.) Then $100.00 for each pet would not be refundable. That would mean a total of $5,100.00 toi move in this house. I think that is very misleading to someone who is interested in renting from them.
