In November 2015, I purchased Philips Sonicare 2 series electric toothbrush from Kohl's with $20 rebate advertised. I submitted my rebate request, which was approved Dec 1, 2015. However, the rebate check never came. so I contacted the customer service through the Philips Sonicare Rebate website https://www.reward-central.com/philips/ during the past three months, each time I was told to wait for one more week, because they have received overwhelming amount of rebate requests so there is a delay. anyway, I am convinced that they refuses to pay for my rebate. so this kind of advertisement is a scam.
